Helping Alpharetta Residents Find Lawyers and Attorneys
Are Family Law Lawyers able to take on Pro Bono cases in the state of New Jersey?
If so, what do I have to do in order to get help?

Any attorney is allowed to take on any case for free.
You have to find an attorney willing to help you for free. It’s very difficult to find a pro bono family law attorney. There are simply SO many people who want/need free legal representation.
You can contact your state’s bar association, and your county’s bar association. It would be a complete waste of time to simply begin contacting random attorneys to ask them if they will take your case for free. Your best bet is to get a referral through an agency.
